In a league of their own, our instructors are among the best in the
fitness industry. They simply aren't drill sergeants shouting orders
like traditional military style bootcamps; they are smart, certified
professional trainers, each having years of
athletic training experience.
Our approach is simple; we
train you how coaches train athletes, regardless of your fitness level.
Fundamentals such as proper form, technique, and the understanding of
body mechanics are the key to your success. We target to improve five
key elements; strength, speed, endurance, agility, and flexibility.
These five elements,
when combined with expert instruction, will provide you with the solid
foundation to vastly improve your fitness level and get results fast.
Go Green
Bootcamp was started by ex-athletes wanting to utilize the
beautiful parks of New York City and offer affordable group training in
a neighborhood near you. Our varied workouts are beneficial for anyone,
so whether you are trying to get into shape for your wedding, training
for a triathlon, or just trying to improve your overall health our
bootcamp is for you. Enjoy some fresh air in your community while
experiencing an amazing workout that's dynamic, challenging, and fun.
Classes are kept small, which allows trainers to give you the personal
attention you deserve.
We offer two types of classes:
Open classes: Classes in which anyone can join and
start enjoying the Go Green Bootcamp experience. Example –
6:30am
Columbus Circle class.
Private classes: These are for groups of
individuals that sign up together for a class. Example – group of
co-workers or a volleyball team that what a private class in which
nobody else can sign up for. .
