- What type of workout can I expect at the average session?
Go Green Bootcamp workouts vary daily, thus never allowing your body to
reach a plateau. This is why our classes are superior to others. We
offer expert instruction, teaching proper form and technique while
motivating clients thoughout the sessions. In the course of the hour one
might expect cardiovascular training, bodyweight circuits, agility
drills, plyometics (jumping), sprints, core strengthening, pilates and
yoga
movements.

Results! We offer the most educated and motivated instructors in
the industry. We are ex-athletes that coach each client to achieve and
excel past their personal goals. We are exceptionally passionate
about what we do. This is evident when you attend
one of our classes.
- I already belong to a gym.
Why would I join Go Green Bootcamp?
One word--Adaptation. The human body reaches
a plateau in training after 6-8 weeks. Most gym based workouts do
not challenge your body differently each session. This is the
reason you hear so many people complaining about not getting the results
they desire from training on their own. In our Bootcamps we
consistently change your workouts, thus allowing your body to achieve a
higher level of fitness after each session.
- Do I have to be in shape to
join?
NO. We welcome
all fitness levels, regardless of your current physical activity level. We
will group you with someone of similar ability, and you will at all
times be monitored by our expert instructors. As you attend
classes you will get stronger and better shape with each successive
class.
Remember even the best athletes in the world hire trainers to help
them.
- What kind of
results can I expect?
Results depend on how much you want to achieve your goals. Your
workouts with GoGreen Bootcamp are geared towards overall fitness
improvement, including aerobic, anaerobic, strength, agility, and
flexibility. If you follow your program, come to
class, and give a solid effort you will have amazing results in
the 6 week session.
- What
should I wear?
It is
necessary to wear athletic running shoes or cross trainers. If its
cold wear a sweatshirt and light gloves are recommended. A towel is also
beneficial as some excerises and stretches utilize towels as grips.
- Do I need to bring a bottle of water?
Yes...Its a great idea to hydrate yourself
throughout the session.

What is the average class size per instructor?
Anywhere from 4-10 per class, per certified
instructor. Our classes are intenitionally kept small so that our instruction is very personal.
- How long will classes run into the winter?
Its been our experience that classes
run consistently until the middle of December, weather permitting they
could be extended or curtailed.
- As the days get shorter, what about the class
times, etc (6:00a.m. and 6:30p.m.)?
The class schedule will be adjusted to
daylight savings time. As
winter nears we will start classes at 6:30a.m. and the last class will
commence at 5:30p.m.
- What happens if
its raining or inclement weather?
Sessions run in all types of weather. (In
the event that a class is cancelled rescheduling information will be
posted on our schedule)
